Getting selected is not the last step. You must confirm your seat by 18 September 2026, 8:00 PM. You must also pay 335 taka. If you do not confirm, you lose the seat.

XI Class Admission Result 2026 is the merit list for college admission in Bangladesh. The Ministry of Education publishes it. It covers every college in the country.

Applications started on 2 September 2026. The first deadline was 10 September. The board then extended it to 13 September 2026, 8:00 PM.

You get one college in the result. You do not get many offers. The system picks the highest college on your list where your GPA is enough.

Seats are shared in two parts. 93 percent of seats go on merit. 7 percent go to quota students. Any quota seat that stays empty goes back to merit.

XI Class Admission Result Published Date and Time 2026

The XI Class (HSC) admission result will be published on 16 September 2026 at 8:00 PM. It does not come out in the morning. Every date after it has a fixed time too.

XI Class Admission 1st Merit List 2026

The 1st merit list 2026 will be published on 16 September at 8:00 PM. This is the biggest round. Most students get their college here.

Three things decide your place on the list. Your SSC GPA. Your marks in the main subjects. The number of seats at the college you picked.

A GPA 5.00 student can still miss out. This happens when all ten choices are top colleges. A GPA 4.50 student can get a seat in the first round. This happens when the choice list is mixed.

The list comes out for the whole country at the same time. There is no separate list for each board. Colleges do not publish their list before the portal.

How to Check XI Class Admission Result Online

To check your XI class admission result, go to xiclassadmission.gov.bd and click View Result. Then enter your SSC roll, registration number, board and passing year.

Keep your SSC marksheet with you. All four details are printed on it.

1. Open xiclassadmission.gov.bd.
2. Click the View Result link.
3. Type your SSC roll number.
4. Type your registration number.
5. Pick your board from the list.
6. Pick your passing year.
7. Finish the security check.
8. Click Submit. Your college name will show.
9. Take a screenshot. You will need it later.

The site gets very slow at 8:00 PM. Millions of students open it at once. Wait a few minutes if it does not load. Do not press reload again and again. That makes the queue longer.

Mobile data often works better than home wifi on result night. Try it if the page is stuck.

Only use xiclassadmission.gov.bd. No other website can show your result. No real result site will ask for a password. If a site asks for a password, close it.

How to Check XI Admission Result by SMS

You do not need to send any SMS. Selected students get an SMS on their own. It goes to the mobile number you gave in the application.

The SMS gives your college name. It usually comes within a few hours of 8:00 PM. Many students get the SMS before the website opens. Keep your phone near you.

No SMS means you were not selected in this round. The board only sends SMS to selected students.

Did you change your SIM after applying? Then the SMS goes to your old number. Check the website instead.

xiclassadmission.gov.bd Result Check 2026

xiclassadmission.gov.bd is the only official website for XI class admission. The Directorate of Secondary and Higher Education runs it. It works under the Ministry of Education.

One website does four jobs. It takes your application. It shows your result. It takes your confirmation. It runs migration. You use the same login for all four.

Many fake sites copy this name. They can tell you the dates. They cannot show your result. Your result is only on the real site.

Colleges use a different site called esvg.xiclassadmission.gov.bd. That site is for teachers and staff. Students do not need it.

College-wise XI Class Admission Result 2026

There is no college-wise result list to download. The system works the other way. You put in your roll number. It tells you your college.

Colleges get their student list after the result. They get it on the esvg portal. Most colleges put a printed list on the notice board the next morning.

What to Do If You Are Selected

If you are selected, confirm your seat before 18 September 2026, 8:00 PM and pay 335 taka. You get about two days. The board does not give extra time.

1. Log in again at xiclassadmission.gov.bd.
2. Open the confirmation form for your college.
3. Pay 335 taka by bKash, Nagad or Rocket.
4. Choose yes or no for auto migration.
5. Print the confirmation slip.
6. Go to your college between 20 and 22 September.

Take these papers to the college. Your SSC marksheet. Your registration card. Your testimonial. Your photos. Your confirmation slip.

What happens if you do not confirm?

You lose the seat. The system cancels your selection. It also cancels your application. You do not go into the next round.

Many students lose a seat this way every year. They wait for a better college. Do not wait. Confirm the seat you have. Migration will move you up later.

What to Do If You Are Not Selected

No SMS and no college name means you were not selected this round. This is not the end. You can still get a college.

Most students miss out for one reason. They picked only top colleges. Their GPA was below every cut-off.

The second reason is a short list. Some students pick only five colleges. Ten is allowed. More choices mean a better chance.

Watch the portal for the next round. Build your new list from the bottom up. First add colleges with a GPA below yours. Then add the hard ones on top. The order still protects you.

Migration has three rules. It only moves you up. It only uses colleges on your list. It only works if you kept auto migration on.
