Exp: GPA5 DHA 123456 2016 01xxxxxxxxx 10 and send 16222

N.B: CC Code is available at Customer Care list. CC code can found from Teletalk Moblile no by send a sms.

Example: To know CC Code, Pls type: GPA5 HELP CC Jamalpur and send to 16222.
