2. Enter the Register for Vaccine option.
3. Select Type as Student 18 Years and Above
4. Provide Your National Identity Card Number
5. Select Your Date of Birth Day, Month and Year (According to National Identity Card)
6. Complete the security check by Enter Captch Code
7. You will see your information if you are eligible for the vaccine.
8. Enter your mobile number.
9. Enter your current address (where you want to take the vaccine).
10. Collect the vaccine card by submitting the Form.

Student Vaccine Card Download

A vaccine card must be download after corona vaccine registration. Vaccine cards can be collected immediately or later. If you want to collect it later, you have to log in again with your national identity card/passport number and date of birth and download it.
