While 2716 New Education Institutions Added To The MPO List. Among the new MPO beneficiaries are 666 lower secondary schools, 1122 secondary schools, 136 higher secondary schools, 109 higher secondary colleges and 18 degree colleges. Educational institutions are enlisted on merit. The qualified teachers of those institutions then come under the MPO scheme on the basis of fulfilling certain conditions.
