Finally Selected Candidates Admission
Candidates shall have to submit the following documents to Admission Desk for admission:
a. Original and one attested copy of Certificate and Transcript of S.S.C/equivalent examination.
b. Original and one attested copy of Certificate (if any) and Transcript of H.S.C /equivalent examination.
c. Nationality Certificate from UP Chairman/ Ward Commissioner.
d. Two copies of passport sized recent colored photographs.
e. Admit card of the MIST Admission Test-2023.
g. For children of military personnel, original certificate/copy of service record book of authenticity, issued by respective Commanding Officer (for serving parents) and by CORO/Naval Secretary/ Air Secretary/Record Office/Drafting Office (for
retired parents). (Certificate must contain the name of candidate’s parent and identity).
h. Certificate/authenticity for the government employees (serving/ retired civilian parents of the selected candidates).
