Details of Management Trainee Officer:
Masters/MBA with minimum 03 (three) first Division/Class or equivalent CGPA/GPA (No third class will be allowed)
Salary & Benefits
Consolidated Tk. 40,000/- (Forty thousand only) per month during 01 (one) year probation period. After successful completion of probation period MTO will be absorbed as “Executive Officer” in the regular services with Tk. 55,500/- (Fifty five thousand) per month and others admissible benifits of the grade.
Details of Trainee Assistant Office (TAO)
Bachelor Degree/BBA with minimum two first class or equivalent CGPA/GPA (No third class will be allowed)
Salary & Benefits
Consolidated Tk. 25,000/- (Twenty Five thousand only) during 1 (One) year probation period. After successful completion of probation period TAO will be absorbed in the regular services of the Bank as Assistant Officer (Cash/General) with salary Tk. 33,000/- (Thirty thousand) per month and others admissible benifits of the grade.
