GST Application Form 2024

UGC has declared GST’s primary application notice, which starts on 12 February 2024. Even if they have their initial qualifications, all candidates interested or willing to participate will not be able to participate in an admission test. Students who want to be admitted, on the other hand, will apply based on the qualifications mentioned. After applying, however, only selected candidates will be allowed to take the admission exam.

Those interested in sitting for the GST admission test have to be selected on the primary selection process. The time of application for the primary phase ends on 26 February 2024. How to Fill Up GST Primary Apply Form?

The application process is relatively easy to follow since the applicants can apply to all the universities at once. You will have to apply for an online form to complete the GST University Admission process.

• You can find an online form after clicking the Final apply button.
• Now fill in the information you need.
• Upload a color photo and signature that have been captured recently.
• Then end the application by clicking on the submit button.

Who Can Apply For GST Primary Selection?

GST University Admission is open to candidates who have passed the HSC or equivalent exam in 2022 or 2023. We will share the unit wise admission criteria so that you can easily understand the requirement. It’s worth noting that a minimum GPA of 3.50 is required for each unit in the HSC and SSC exams.

There are about three units in the GST program. The first one is for the art group students called the A-unit. If you are a humanities group student, you need at least a GPA of 7.00, combining the SSC and HSC results.

The B unit is for the group of business studies students. Students who have a total GPA of 7.30 in both SSC and HSC are eligible candidates for this unit. Those in the science group need to have at least a total GPA of 8.00 to be eligible for this unit.

And the last C unit is for the science candidates. Anyone from the science group consisting of a total GPA of 8.00 can apply in the application process.

Primary Application Result

The primary selection process will continue from the 12 February 2024 to 26 February 2024. If the applicants meet the exam’s minimum requirement, they will be selected for the final process. They will get a notification on their personal contact number about their selection result. Then the final application will start on June 2024 Selected students need to pay the application fee of 500 to complete the final procedure.

Marks Distribution List of GST

The GST university admission notice says the intake test will be done through the MCQ process and has 100 marks overall. The admission time shall be 1 hour and 30 minutes according to the notice.

GST Admission Candidates of C-unit can answer 2 amidst the last 3 subjects (Biology, ICT, and Maths) as these are considered 4th subjects in the test.
