General Education & Requirements for All grades:
- MBA/Masters Degree from reputed institutions/University
- Candidates having Break of Service need not apply
- candidates have any 3rd class/Division in the academic career need not apply

- candidates should have willingness to work in any part of country
Name of Post and Qualification:
1.Branch Manager, Dhaka & outside
Post: (FAVP/AVP/FVP/VP/SVP)
- The Candidate must have exposure & Experience in Branch Management, Banking Operations, and Business Development with high integrity and leadership capability and should be in regular banking service and also have good relationship with business community and the ability to encash the relationship for the benefit of the bank.
- He/She should have minimum 5 years working experience in any bank
2. Head of ICCD, Head Officer, Dhaka
Post: (FVP/VP/SVP)
- The Candidate should have minimum 10 year Experience.
3. For Branch (Credit/Foreign/GB) & Head Office
Post: Officer/SO/FEO/EO/SEO/FAVP
- The Candidate must have exposure and experience in related fields and have proper knowledge in Banking operations, Business development with high integrity
- Candidates should have minimum 2 years Banking Experience.
4. IT Division, Head Office
Post: (TO/Officer)
- Minimum 4 years Honors Graducatin in cse & Related.
4. For Branch (Cash) Dhaka & outside
Post: Officer (Cash), SO (Cash)
- The candidate must have exposure and experience in cash desk in any private commercial bank
- Minimum 1 year working experience in any Bank is must
